We’ve all heard that “breakfast is the most important meal of the day.” But just what’s on your plate or in your bowl in the morning matters more than you think.
Breakfast = Morning Energy
Research shows that eating breakfast could actually help with weight management and maintaining weight management. And according to Mayo Clinic, eating breakfast can reduce your hunger, so you aren’t hungry for those unhealthy foods later.
And even more, eating a healthy breakfast full of different nutrients also just starts your day off in a positive way. If the first thing you consume in the morning is a big smoothie full of fruits and vegetables, you’ll get that big boost of energy you need to be successful throughout the rest of your day.
So, what should I eat?
