We know that in order to be successful long term, you have to build a foundation. At 80/20 Plants, that foundation is built on breakfast. For the first part of the program, you’ll focus on eating whole-food, plant-based breakfasts, and anything else you like throughout the day.
After you’ve established a strong breakfast habit, we spend a week tackling healthy snack alternatives. Again, we’re picking the low hanging fruit during the first few weeks of 80/20 Plants with easy, no-hassle ways to eat more whole fruits and vegetables, without making massive shifts to your diet.
In the third part of the program, with the addition of lunches, you’ll now be eating the majority of your food from whole-food, plant-based sources. This is also where you’ll really begin to notice the biggest boost of energy and benefits from your healthy choices.
Together, throughout the final phase of 80/20 Plants, we’ll begin to shape the other 20% of your diet to fit your exact goals and needs. If you’ve already reached your weight management or health goal, this is a good chance to be a bit more flexible with the plan, but if you have specific goals beyond where you are in the previous phase, we’ll help you craft the perfect 80/20 Plants diet for you.
We’re with you every step of the way with two months of inspirational and fun lessons. Throughout each portion of the program you’ll gain access to lessons with a short video to keep you inspired, help you master healthy living, and provide fun tips and tricks to navigate the pitfalls like a pro.
We give you a head start with our simple, realistic, science-based approach and done-for-you resources. But we don’t stop there. In order to make this program truly life-changing, we take a different approach.
